Trip Report:

Revival continues in Vanuatu

Noel Cavanough and Mark Tait from the Newcastle Revival Fellowship visited the assemblies on Tanna Island, Vanuatu, from 25th April - 2nd May, 2012.   Their trip involved visiting the saints, expounding the gospel, and helping the local assembly leaders with any problems they were currently facing.

Their first stop was at the village of Ianarauia on the eastern side of the island where there has been recent revival with many baptisms and people receiving the Holy Spirit, speaking in tongues.  Noel and Mark then travelled on to the assembly at Green Point where they were welcomed by Ps Jeffed and Leader Jimmy.  From the village of Green Point they were able to walk to another assembly at Yanhop Village.  Here a new meeting hall is being constructed on Leader Joel’s land to accommodate the growing number of saints attending the fellowship in that village.  Donations from saints in Australia have helped fund materials for roofing and construction.

Noel and Mark report that the saints are doing very well in Tanna, continuing to spread the Gospel, share testimonies of what God has done for them, and enjoying the blessings of the Lord.
