Revival started in Ghana

In August 2018, Dan Cashford and his wife Alex travelled from the UK together with Paul Nugent to Ghana's second largest city, Kumasi.

Teaming up with Pr Steve Carr and his wife Toni from Australia, the team conducted a 5 day outreach together with the local leader, Sylvester Boateng, and the small group of saints based in Kodie, a village a short distance from Kumasi.

The outreach was very successful with 17 locals receiving the Holy Spirit and 12 being baptised. Since their departure, Sylvester has baptised another 5 people, all of whom have received the Holy Spirit. The Word of God is being well received and the work is expected to grow as more hear the gospel faithfully preached.

This is hopefully the beginning of the work in Ghana where there are many others interested in the clear doctrine preached through the Revival Fellowship. There are a number of contacts throughout Ghana including the capital Accra through saints in other parts of the world. Dan will return there in October to encourage the new group and talk with some of the contacts.

Invaluable support funding for the work in Ghana is provided through the Mission Fund in Europe where saints throughout Europe faithfully contribute to a common fund to support overseas works, particularly in West Africa.
